Job Title: Human Resource and General Division Head

Duty Station: Adama.

Salary: Company’s Scale

Skill: Proficient Computer Microsoft Office 

Sex: Female or Male

Language Skill: Advantageous if the candidate has a good English skill in addition to Ethiopian Local Languages.

Term of Employment: Permanent after successful completion of Probation Period.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Human Resources

  • Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with company goals and compliant with labor laws.

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the full recruitment and selection process and manage employee onboarding.

  • Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing grievances, disputes, and other issues, and advising line managers on HR best practices.

  • Performance and Training: Manage performance appraisal processes and develop or monitor training and capacity-building programs.

  • Compensation and Benefits: Ensure payroll is accurate and compliant, and administer employee benefits like health insurance and leave. 

General Services

  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office buildings, equipment, and infrastructure, ensuring a safe and functional work environment.

  • Canteen: employees’ canteen 

  • Uniforms: ensure employees’ uniforms are purchased timely and used properly.

  • Utilities: Environmental Hygiene and Sanitationsettle bills of utilities

  • Transport: Ensure employees transportation is availed

  • Carry out similar activities.  

Job Requirements

Qualifications
Required Educational Attainment: MA/MBA/BA 

Education: Business Administration /Public Administration or related field of studies

Experience: Minimum of 4 years for Masters or 6 years for Degree relevant experience.
