Job Description

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for sales and marketing in the food industry? Moya Food Complex PLC, a leading biscuit manufacturing company in Ethiopia, is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team!

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth

  • Lead and inspire sales and marketing teams to surpass revenue targets

  • Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with customers and distributors.

  • Oversee product promotions, branding, and market positioning.

  • Domestic and international procurement with proper forecast analysis and ability to fully navigate Letter of Credit purchases from start to end and fully understand customs process.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our approach.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food or FMCG sector.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

  • Familiarity with market research and data analysis.
