Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Electromechanical Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering and 15+ years of proven expertise in Building Services and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of electromechanical systems, ensuring efficiency, sustainability, and compliance with international standards.
Design & Implementation: Develop, review, and oversee electromechanical designs for building and HVAC systems.
Project Management: Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Sustainability & Compliance: Ensure systems meet energy efficiency standards and comply with local/international codes.
Technical Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies, load calculations, and system optimization.
Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Oversee preventive maintenance programs and resolve complex technical issues.
Qualifications
B.Sc. in Electromechanical Engineering.
Minimum 15 years of professional experience in Building Services and HVAC systems.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems integration.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC design software.
Familiarity with international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, ISO).
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Lead high-profile projects in building and infrastructure development.
