Senior Logistics Manager

We are looking for a full-packaged, highly experienced, and fully practical Senior Logistics Manager who has complete operational mastery of logistics ports, customs, warehousing, transportation, fleet, dry ports, distribution, documentation, and end-to-end supply chain workflows.

This role requires someone who can lead, execute, and solve real operational issues, not theoretical knowledge only.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead end-to-end logistics operations across all functions.

• Manage all port operations: vessel arrival steps, container handling, terminal procedures, demurrage/detention control, port-to-dry-port movement, and coordination with shipping lines.

• Handle customs clearance, full documentation flow, and compliance with regulations.

• Lead warehouse and inventory operations with full practical understanding.

• Manage transportation planning, routing, loading/unloading, dispatching, and last-mile delivery.

• Control fleet operations and ensure cost-effective movement of goods.

• Solve day-to-day operational challenges with a hands-on approach.

• Develop logistics strategies, improve processes, reduce costs, and ensure smooth workflows.

• Prepare and present logistics reports, KPIs, and budgets.

• Lead, guide, and mentor logistics teams.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Master’s is a plus).

• Minimum 8–10 years of strong, practical experience in logistics management.

• Full operational knowledge of Port and dry port procedures

• Customs documentation and clearance processes

• Warehouse operations and inventory control

• Local and international transportation systems

• Import/export processes

• End-to-end supply chain operations

• Strong leadership, communication, and operational decision-making skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle real-time challenges.
