MSc or BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the overall project implementation plan. - Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth communication and workflow. - Prepare work schedules, procurement plans, and progress targets.

BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for interior works (gypsum ceiling, partitions, joinery, finishes, MEP coordination, etc.).  - Review and verify drawings and site measurements for payment certification.  - Monitor project budgets, track variations, and prepare cost control reports. 

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities - Develop, implement, and monitor safety, health, and environmental programs tailored to project sites. - Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure safety compliance. - Approve and assess subcontractor safety plans and verify quality of tools and equipment used.
