Our company Bridge Communication plc. – “Go Supper app” is an emerging Super App startup that integrates multiple essential services — including food delivery, transportation, e-commerce, and etc. — into one powerful and user-friendly platform. Our goal is to connect customers, drivers, and vendors through a seamless and innovative ecosystem that simplifies daily life.

As we grow, we are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth initiatives.

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to expand market presence, onboard vendors and partners, and drive user growth. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, digital marketing expertise, and hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to onboard merchants, vendors, and business partners across food delivery, ride-hailing, and e-commerce sectors.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and app adoption.

  • Manage and lead sales representatives or field agents to meet performance targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and local partners.

  • Negotiate contracts and partnership terms in alignment with company policies.

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to promote app downloads and user engagement.

  • Develop brand positioning and messaging consistent with company objectives.

  • Lead social media, influencer, and content marketing strategies to boost visibility and engagement.

  • Oversee advertising, PR, and promotional activities, including events and campaigns.

  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure customer feedback influences product development.

  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in tech startups, on-demand services, or app-based businesses.

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, and customer acquisition campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of startup growth strategies and user retention tactics.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, analytics tools, and performance tracking.

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-evolving startup environment.
