Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, greeting them with welcoming demeanor

  • Directing visitors or clients to the appropriate departments while notifying employees of their arrival.

  • Answer questions and provide information, maintaining accurate visitor and employee directories.

  • Organize the reception area and oversee office cleanliness, including managing supplies and facilitating in-house events.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as copying, printing, and preparing meeting rooms.

  • Handle correspondence, schedule appointments, and assist in preparing real estate documents as needed.

  • Stay updated about best practices and directory handling

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree

  • Previous work experience as a receptionist or office assistant is a plus

  • Professional and polished appearance with ability to dress in neat, clean, well-fitted clothing and appropriate footwear

  • Exceptional customer service skill

  • Ability to multitask
