We are seeking motivated and well-connected professionals to join us as Student Recruitment & Marketing Partners. This is an exciting commission-based opportunity for individuals who understand the education sector and are passionate about helping families find the right school for their children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote LionHeart Academy’s programs to prospective families and communities.

• Identify and connect with parents interested in enrolling their children.

• Support families through the inquiry and admissions process.

• Represent the school professionally at events, visits, and through networking.

• Report leads and progress to the school’s marketing and admissions team.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A good understanding of the education sector and parent expectations.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

• Professional presence and integrity.

• Prior experience in marketing, sales, or school admissions is a plus.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based position. Compensation will be based on the number of new student enrollments facilitated by the partner.
