The Operation Manager at Virtual Equb is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and driving operational excellence. This role focuses on optimizing operational processes, enhancing Equbitegna experiences, ensuring compliance, and fostering innovation to achieve the company’s mission and vision. 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Alignment and Execution:

    • Create and align operational activities with the company’s strategic objectives and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).

  2. Operational Efficiency and Agility:

    • Streamline and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

    • Foster a culture of agility to respond quickly to changes in technology, regulations, market demand, and competitor actions.

  3. Equbitegna Experience:

    • Ensure our platform delivers a seamless, user-friendly, and secure experience for Equbitegnas.

    • Address Equbitegna’s feedback and concerns to continuously improve service quality and satisfaction.

  4. Technology Integration and Security:

    • Collaborate with the Product team to ensure the platform is robust, secure, and future-proof.

    • Leverage emerging technologies to enhance platform functionality and maintain a competitive edge.

  5. Sustainable Business Growth:

    • Identify and implement strategies to grow the Equbitegna base and ensure sustainable business development.

    • Monitor market trends and competitor actions to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion.

  6. Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements and data protection laws.

    • Implement risk management strategies to safeguard the platform and Equbitegna data.

  7. Team Leadership and Talent Development:

    • Build and lead a high-performing team aligned with the company’s values.

    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development to attract and retain top talent.

  8. Brand Reputation:

    • Ensure operational activities align with the company’s brand values and contribute to building a reputable fintech brand.

    • Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to enhance brand visibility and trust.

  9. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

    • Track and report on operational KPIs and OKRs to ensure progress toward strategic goals.

    • Provide actionable insights to the leadership team for informed decision-making.

  10. Partnership Collaboration:

    • Work closely with finance and product departments to drive innovation and streamline operations.

    • Ensure partnerships align with the company’s strategic objectives and values.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Operational efficiency and cost optimization.

  • Equbitegna (customer) satisfaction and retention rates.

  • Platform uptime and security performance.

  • Achievement of OKRs and strategic initiatives.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in fintech, financial services, or technology-driven industries.

  • Urgently needed 

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of fintech platforms and digital financial services.

  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and data protection laws.

  • Proficiency in using technology to streamline operations.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
