About the Role

You will manage reception area, ensuring smooth operations and creating a positive first impression for all visitors, residents and callers. Your efficiency and professionalism will be crucial to our daily flow.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Front Office Management:

    • Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and direct them to the appropriate person or office.

    • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a courteous and timely manner.

    • Manage and organize the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.

  • Communication & Administration:

    • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.

    • Maintain an accurate visitor log and manage the booking of meeting rooms.

    • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.

    • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.

  • Support:

    • Assist with the scheduling of appointments and meetings for various staff members.

    • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Professional attitude and appearance.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

  • Strong organizational skills with a multi-tasking ability.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
