Job Description

To lead and coordinate a smartphone production line, ensuring product quality, output efficiency, and compliance with company standards, safety, and discipline. The Team Leader serves as the key link between operators and supervisors, responsible for daily production execution, quality control, and team performance

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Organize daily production based on plan and ensure all operators and materials are ready before start.

  • Conduct morning meetings and communicate production targets and quality focus points.

  • Supervise operators to follow the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) strictly and maintain 5S on the line.

  • Monitor quality, immediately report and solve any abnormalities with the Supervisor and QA.

  • Train and coach operators to improve skill levels and promote multi-skill development.

  • Ensure all records (attendance, output, defect data, material return) are accurately completed and submitted.

  • Enforce discipline, safety rules, and company regulations among team members.

  • Assist Supervisor in manpower arrangement and line balance based on workload.

  • Participate in process improvement and give suggestions to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.

  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field

  •  0 years of work experience (fresh graduates are encouraged)

  • Basic computer skills and knowledge (MS Office and report preparation)
