Position Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Officer with strong experience in digital marketing to promote our products. The candidate will be responsible for managing online marketing campaigns, engaging customers through digital platforms, and increasing brand visibility in both physical and online markets.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for promoting our products

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other digital platforms

• Manage company social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, etc.) and online advertising

• Create engaging marketing content such as photos, videos, and promotional materials

• Conduct market research and analyze customer trends to identify opportunities for growth

• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers

• Prepare regular marketing performance and sales reports

• Collaborate with the production and sales teams to ensure consistent branding and supply

• Highly motivated to address door to door services

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: BA degree or Diploma in Marketing Management, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

• Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in food production.

• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and online advertising

• Knowledge of branding, customer engagement, and content creation

• Strong communication, creativity, and teamwork skills

• Proficiency in digital tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Microsoft Office
