Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to quality service. You will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, ensuring high-quality standards, and driving sales performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of sales consultants.

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales consultants to ensure targets are met.

  • Provide training and mentorship to enhance the skills of the sales team.

  • Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.

  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Prepare reports on sales performance and present to the Sales & Marketing Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
