Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Employee to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, maintaining existing client relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell products/services to customers

  • Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals

  • Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and services

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to customers

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Record and report sales activities and results

  • Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions and campaigns

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position

  • Office-based with fieldwork or client visits as needed

  • Performance-based incentives or commissions

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 Years’ experience in sales or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to negotiate and close deals

  • Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM software is a plus)

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree (MBA is an advantage)
