As our Head of ICT Service, you'll be the driving force behind our technological evolution. You'll architect, implement, and manage the information systems that are the backbone of our operations, ensuring seamless data flow, robust security, and user empowerment. This is a pivotal role where your strategic thinking and technical expertise will directly contribute to the efficiency and success of the entire company.
Chart the Course: Develop and champion the company's information technology strategy, staying ahead of the curve with the latest ICT advancements and aligning it with our overarching business goals.
Build the Foundation: Design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art computer and network-based information systems that streamline the collection, manipulation, and processing of critical operational, financial, human, and material data.
Ensure a Solid Infrastructure: Guarantee the presence of a comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) and a robust ICT infrastructure that meets the evolving needs of the organization.
Champion Data Integrity: Oversee data gathering and processing activities, ensuring relevance and accessibility for both internal and external stakeholders, while adhering to company approval protocols.
Be the Data Guardian: Implement and maintain rigorous security protocols for all operational, financial, human, and material databases, including timely and reliable backup procedures.
Optimize Connectivity: Administer our local area network, internet, and email services to provide lightning-fast data exchange across all workstations.
Lead with Technical Prowess: Guide and support a team of experts in troubleshooting and maintaining the local area network, ensuring minimal disruption.
Maintain Peak Performance: Ensure all company servers, computers, printers, network devices, and software are functioning optimally through proactive maintenance and management.
Fortify Our Digital Fortress: Implement robust security measures to protect our local area network from external and internal threats, including malware, spam, and Trojans.
Empower Our Users: Provide expert consultation and support to users on all matters related to ICT and the management information system.
Shape Our Technology Landscape: Prepare or oversee the creation of detailed hardware and software specifications to meet the company's evolving information technology requirements.
Elevate Our Online Presence: Design and maintain the company website, ensuring regular and impactful updates.
Foster Digital Literacy: Coordinate and deliver engaging training programs to familiarize users with new information technology services, including software applications and shared network resources.
Drive Software Innovation: Lead the development of both generic and user-specific software solutions that empower employees to efficiently manage their data.
Build a High-Performing Team: Participate in the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, and developing the ICT Service team.
Plan for Success: Develop and manage the annual work plans and budgetary requirements for the ICT Service.
Lead and Inspire: Supervise and evaluate the performance of your team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Communicate Progress: Prepare and submit regular reports on the activities and performance of the company's ICT services.
Embrace New Challenges: Undertake other related duties as needed to support the overall success of the organization.
Option 1:
A Master's degree from a recognized university/college in Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, or a related field.
A minimum of 7-8 years of progressive work experience in a related ICT role, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or senior expert capacity.
Option 2:
A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university/college in Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, or a related field.
A minimum of 9-10 years of extensive work experience in a related ICT role, with at least 3-4 years in a supervisory or senior expert capacity.
International ERP Implementation and administration experience, particularly Odoo ERP is advantageous.
