Job Description
KA Int. PLC is a leading coffee exporter committed to delivering high-quality coffee to international markets. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Coffee Export Officer to handle all aspects of the export process, from documentation and logistics to payment follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire export process, including coffee cleaning, packing, and scheduling.
Prepare and verify export documentation, including contracts, invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other relevant documents.
Ensure compliance with international export regulations and coffee quality standards.
Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and customs agents for smooth shipment processing.
Submit export documents to the bank for payment processing and ensure timely collections.
Track shipments and provide updates to clients and internal teams.
Follow up on payments from international buyers and resolve any related issues.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to coffee exports.
Collaborate with relevant departments to streamline the export process
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in coffee export documentation and logistics.
Strong knowledge of export regulations, documentation, and payment procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with export software is a plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Fluency in English language required.
