Diploma in Purchasing or Supply Management, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies - Receive approved requisitions, collect pro-forma invoices, and present it to the supervisor for approval - Prepare detailed offer analysis report based on approved pro-forma invoice

Bachelor's Degree in Procurement and Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience In coordinating and handling export transactions Duties & Responsibilities: - Assist the Export Manager in developing strategic and operating export plans to ensure that the company has the appropriate resources to support Export business - Manage all bank processes for export activities and prepare required documents and ensure adherence to all shipping schedules. - Prepare all export documents within required timeframe and schedule efficient shipping activities and identify the appropriate transportation method - Implement all export strategies and activities and ensure adherence to all project requirements
