Job Description
We are seeking a versatile and reliable individual to serve in a combined role of Sanitary Employee and Receptionist for a one-month contract. This position involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the premises while also managing reception duties to ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for visitors and employees.
Contract Duration: One Month
Sanitary Duties:
Clean and disinfect designated areas including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, walls, and surfaces.
Empty trash bins, dispose of waste properly, and handle recycling materials.
Reception Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training is a plus.
Experience: Prior experience in cleaning or custodial work and reception/administrative roles preferred.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with visitors and staff.
Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
