Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and reliable individual to serve in a combined role of Sanitary Employee and Receptionist for a one-month contract. This position involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the premises while also managing reception duties to ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for visitors and employees.

Contract Duration: One Month

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sanitary Duties:

  • Clean and disinfect designated areas including offices, restrooms, and common areas.

  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, walls, and surfaces.

  • Empty trash bins, dispose of waste properly, and handle recycling materials.

Reception Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

Job Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training is a plus.

  • Experience: Prior experience in cleaning or custodial work and reception/administrative roles preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with visitors and staff.

  • Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
