Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Mid-Level HR Officer to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing employee performance and driving training and development initiatives. You will work closely with department heads to align HR programs with organizational goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Performance Management:
Administer and oversee the performance appraisal process.
Collaborate with managers to develop performance improvement plans.
Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to leadership for decision-making.
Facilitate performance-related training workshops for managers and employees.
Training and Development:
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
Design and implement effective training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires receive adequate training and support.
Employee Engagement:
Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
Organize team-building activities and professional development workshops.
Policy Development:
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to performance and training.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations regarding employee development.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on performance management and training development.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor law.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
