Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills are crucial, as property managers often juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. In-depth knowledge of local lease agreements and tenant rights is important. Additionally, the capability to create and manage budgets, process payments, and track income and expenses is vital.
