  • This could include positions such as leasing agent, assistant property manager, or maintenance 

  • supervisor. Additionally, experience in customer service or sales can be beneficial 

  • Skills: 

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with tenants, property owners, and vendors. Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills are crucial, as property managers often juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. In-depth knowledge of local lease agreements and tenant rights is important. Additionally, the capability to create and manage budgets, process payments, and track income and expenses is vital.
