Job Description
GetAs Software, a division of GetAs International, is expanding its dynamic tech team! We're looking for two experienced developers to join us in building robust, scalable solutions using Odoo, Python, and related technologies.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking skilled developers with hands-on experience in Odoo ERP development, backend engineering, and/or frontend technologies. You’ll be working on innovative projects that support our logistics, trading, and service divisions.
Key Responsibilities
Odoo ERP Customization: Develop and modify Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, etc.).
Backend Development: Build and optimize business logic using Python (Odoo, Django, or Flask).
Frontend Work: (Optional/Bonus) Develop interfaces using JavaScript/React.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
Troubleshoot and debug production issues.
Participate in system integration, testing, and deployment.
We're Hiring: 2 Software Developers at GetAs Software Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive – Based on Experience
Job Requirements
Qualifications
6 months to 2 years of professional experience (salary will be based on your experience level).
Proficiency in Python, XML, and PostgreSQL.
Solid understanding of Odoo architecture and ORM.
Familiarity with Git/GitHub workflows.
Bonus: Experience with Docker, REST APIs, or frontend tools like React.js.

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
