Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the overall security of the building from the control room through a physical security surveillance camera (CCTV camera).

• Monitoring and controlling the proper protection of the bank's assets, employees, and customers through a physical security surveillance camera (CCTV camera) from the control room.

• Continuous surveillance and monitoring with cameras in areas of work that require special attention and protection.

• All incidents of crime and accidents must be recorded and properly maintained, and the information must be reported immediately to the Security Manager/Security Supervisor.

• Properly maintain the confidentiality of information collected by physical security surveillance cameras.

• Properly maintain assets used for physical security monitoring (computers, televisions, communication radios, etc.) and report any damage to the Security Manager immediately.

• Immediately notify the Security Operations Center if the quality of physical security surveillance cameras is poor and transmission problems occur.

• When the Security Manager authorizes the disclosure of confidential information, the information must be properly provided to the requesting party.

• Perform other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• 12/10 Grade Complete, With IT Essential Skill Training Certificate

• Essential Police/Military Training Certificate

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in a security camera surveillance (CCTV Camera) position

• Military/police experience preferred.

• Protect the bank from various crimes, including robbery, theft, and other illegal activities
