Medicine Doctor (MD) or Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Health Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 2 years in a managerial or leadership role Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead and coordinate all operational aspects of the medical center to ensure efficiency, quality patient care, and compliance with healthcare standards. - Supervise clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring optimal staffing, workflow, and performance. - Collaborate with department heads to streamline procedures, reduce waste, and improve service delivery. - Monitor daily operations including patient flow, resource allocation, and facility management.

MSc Degree in Public Health or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Plan, organize and train survey data collection team for the immunization coverage survey - Conduct interviews  in health facilities and in the community  - Conduct supportive supervision to support field data collectors in data collection. - Contribute to preparation of journal articles and conference reports
