Duties and Responsibilities
Schedule and dispatch trips for NEMT passengers
Communicate with drivers and passengers via phone, text, or app
Use dispatch software to manage rides and update trip statuses
Confirm trip appointments and coordinate changes or cancellations
Report and resolve any trip issues promptly
Maintain accurate records of trip logs and communications
Job Requirements:
Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
Basic computer skills and ability to use dispatch software; must know Microsoft Excel
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Lives in or near Gotera, Addis Ababa
Willing to work USA Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
Willing to work 12 hours
Experience: 0–1 year
Education: Any degree
