As part of our commitment to operational excellence, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead our factory operations.
The Operations Manager – Factory Operations will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing all production-related activities within the company’s manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient resource utilization, high-quality output, cost-effective production, and compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all factory operations including production planning, process control, quality assurance, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with local regulatory standards.
Coordinate production schedules in line with demand forecasts, sales orders, and inventory levels.
Optimize resource utilization (labor, materials, machines) to achieve cost and time efficiency.
Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and facilities to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
Manage factory workforce planning, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations in collaboration with the HR department.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, finance, and commercial teams to ensure smooth operations across the value chain.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role in factory/manufacturing operations.
Proven experience in production planning, resource management, and process improvement.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication skills.
