Job Description
We are seeking an innovative AI Agents Developer to architect and deploy cutting-edge, conversational AI systems that integrate seamlessly with structured SQL databases and rapidly process limited unstructured data. You will play a key role in automating customer support, business intelligence, and seller operations using advanced LLM technologies including LangChain and RAG.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy AI solutions that access and utilize data from SQL databases while efficiently processing unstructured data under tight deadlines.
Build, refine, and maintain chatbots and virtual assistants that automate workflows and deliver real-time insights.
Design and optimize data ingestion pipelines to support both structured and unstructured data processing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and drive automation.
Monitor performance metrics, define KPIs, and continuously improve system accuracy and responsiveness.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in AI/ML development with a strong background in LLM-based solutions, including expertise in LangChain and RAG.
Solid proficiency in Python and SQL, with the ability to work with both structured and unstructured data in fast-paced environments.
Demonstrated previous work such as a demo project or portfolio piece that showcases the integration of structured SQL data in a chatbot or text-to-SQL solution.
Experience in building AI agents that leverage conversational AI, ensuring seamless data flow and interaction.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly adapt to evolving data challenges.
