Boston Partners P.L.C. is seeking a qualified and experienced English Language Teacher to deliver continuous training for its associates on a permanent basis. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, producing, and evaluating dynamic English lessons aimed at enhancing language proficiency and effective communication skills in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver English lessons to students of varying proficiency levels.

• Prepare lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and learning goals.

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Design and deliver English language training programs tailored to various departments and roles

• Focus on business and hotel communication, speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills

• Use practical, interactive methods to engage learners and encourage participation

• Develop customised lesson plans based on employee needs and job functions

• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to both learners and HR

• Maintain attendance and progress records for each training session

• Conduct language assessments as part of employee onboarding or promotions

• Collaborate with HR and department heads to align training with operational goals

• Provide additional coaching or remedial lessons for employees requiring extra support

• Introduce workplace vocabulary relevant to the hospitality and service industries

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.

• TOFL, IELTS certification (if applicable).

• Minimum two years of teaching experience.
