Job Description
The Store/Warehouse Coordinator works closely with the Warehouse manager to learn all aspects of running a store. He/she will be responsible for providing outstanding store operation management adhering to EEC Construction store management procedures and maximizing efficiency by controlling inventory and protecting company assets. The Store/Warehouse Coordinator will work with the Warehouse Manager in providing guidance, direction, and development to the store team to achieve EEC Construction company strategy.
To oversee over all store operational activities and the materials supplied by the vendor as per the purchase order placed by the Procurement Department.
Provide outstanding inventory management activities by assisting the store team and responding to all stakeholders. inquiries and complaints.
Close follow-up, direct and supervise employees engaged in proper store management, inventory-taking, and reconciliation.
Build team commitment to high standards of service, exceeding from expectations and leading by example.
Periodical stock verification and always ensure correctness of stock.
To implement proper HSE to make zero LTI in the store operation.
To maintain the neat and tidiness of store house.
To ensure daily, weekly, and monthly stock transaction reports.
To act for disposal of scraps materials as per the procedure.
To ensure all the stock transaction documents up to data.
To get prepared and participate in internal and external audits.
Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management, Accounting, Supply Chain and Logistics or on other related field of study
5 years of experience, out of which 1 years on a senior position in similar discipline of work (work experience at international company OR Construction Company will be given priority)
Critical criteria/ Skill needed in this role:
Proficiency in inventory management.
Communication skills. A storekeeper job usually involves interacting with colleagues, clients, employers, and even third-party vendors.
ERP experience is advantageous.
