Good working knowledge of OPERA software

Be self-motivated and possess excellent time management skills
Supervise overall Hotel activities and all outlets.
Replace Night Manager if the need arise.
Monitor customer feedback and advise Front Office Management
Review, maintain, and amend the system and procedures of the Front Office Department
Handle and co-ordinate group reservations, bill settlement e.t.c.
• BA in Hotel Management or related
• 4 years and above in a 4* or 5* hotel
• Related Experience is Mandatory
