Job Description
Dire Steel PLC, a leading company in the manufacturing and steel production sector, is seeking qualified and motivated professionals to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the human resources department to support company goals and employee satisfaction.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
Provide strategic HR advice to senior management and contribute to organizational development.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
BA/MA in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior HR role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
