Kegna Beverages Share Company is the company which is under formation and working hard to engross in the Beverage Industry of Ethiopia that is incredibly untapped yet and fast growing.
The Company, officially endorsed on 04 March 2017 by the recommendation and promoter Committee selection of the Public Private Partnership Council of the Oromia Regional State. The promoter committee has been in contact since then frequently on the formal establishment of Kegna Beverages and on fulfilling local legal requirements of company formation, finalizing multiple discipline viability tests and studies and ground preparation for the official launching and foreign direct investment search, and approaches.
Kegna Beverages Share Company officially launched on 01 April 2017 at the Oromo Cultural Center at the Presence of higher Oromia Regional State Officials, Bank Representatives, Local Investors, invited Foreign Investors, Invited guests and Medias. The multiple studies which are mostly finalized as of now (Feasibility Study, Civil and Construction works assessment, Geotechnical, hydrology and topography analysis) on the primarily selected site of the production are finalized and ready to show the picture of the investment as of now.
Our vision is Aspiring to become one of the leading beverage companies in Ethiopia and beyond by 2040.
Role Description
The Event Marketing Manager is responsible to develop and execute all Event Marketing activities of the Commercial Function. These will primarily include big event sponsorships, trade shows, and other events.
Required Number:
One
Plans and leads the event management activities of the company.
Identifies event opportunities that help to achieve marketing, brand and sales objectives based on internal and external
Develops annual event plan based on foreseeable facts and insights with clear objectives, recourse requirement and time line by showing strategic and tactical integration with the grand marketing
Develops and constantly update event Plans and Strategy including 3rd party requirement and recruitment procedure
Develops and constantly update capability development plan for event execution team
Develops annual retail level Event Activation plan and monthly action plan
Develops monitoring and evaluation mechanism on the effectiveness of all Big and Small Events of the Company against the Commercial
Manages Event Organizers and related external agencies that support on our event executions including Media
Avail all resources for the event execution on time and in full & assist for the execution of all events according to the plan
Organize periodical report for Big Events and Events at Retail Outlet levels
Develops a brewery experience and experiential event strategy and program for continuous/regular execution with key and influential
Performs other similar tasks as assigned by the immediate
Education
MA/MSC/BA/BSC in Marketing Management or related fields of study
Experience
6/8yrs of experience in brand management in Beverage
