Job Description

The Mall Receptionist is the first point of contact for mall visitors, providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all. This role also involves managing administrative tasks, such as handling inquiries, directing visitors, and maintaining the reception area.

Mall Receptionist, is focusing on customer service, administrative tasks, and maintaining a positive mall environment:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service

  • Greet and welcome all mall visitors with a friendly and professional manner.

  • Answer phone calls promptly and efficiently, providing accurate information and directing calls appropriately.

  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.

  • Provide information about mall amenities, events, and tenant locations.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

  • Assist with lost and found items.

  • Administrative Tasks:

    • Manage visitor check-in/out procedures.

    • Maintain accurate records of visitor inquiries and complaints.

    • Assist with scheduling and coordinating mall events or activities.

    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

    • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.

    • Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.

  • Safety and Security:

  • Follow all mall security protocols and procedures.

  • Monitor and report any suspicious activities or safety concerns to the appropriate authorities.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: First Degree in any field /Graduated after 2023/

  • Experience: Previous customer service or receptionist experience is preferred.
