BA Degree in Law or in a related field of study Duties and Responsibilities: - Prepare annual, monthly, and weekly plans/report of the directorate and present it to Senior Management and the Ministry of Health.  - Provide legal advice to all departments, directorates, and units within the Institute policy organs that will ensure legality in decision-making and compliance with the national legal instruments with an emphasis on administrative or labour law; compliance rule of law, and project agreements.

LLM or LLB Degree in a related field f study with relevant work experience, out of which one years as a Junior Legal Officer.

MA or BA Degree in Law or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 2 years should be at Principal or Senior Officer in related jobs. Duties and Responsibilities: - Oversee all litigation and dispute resolution activities related to debit transactions, ensuring timely and effective handling of cases in compliance with legal standards and the banks policies.

Bachelor's Degree in Law or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Review program content vis-à-vis the Legal frame, cultural and moral, aspect of the public at large and also the company’s interest followed by a report to the head of the station. - Check the content of advertisements and their supporting documents and also provide legal advice, depending on each case. Furthermore, come up with possible recommendations to make the advertisement ready for broadcast.      - Supports the Legal Department with workload; including drafting letters, editing contracts conducting legal analysis and researching legal matters.
