Job Summary: Under the immediate supervision of the Property Administration & Logistics Manager, the Liaison Officer is responsible for handling the company's official communications and administrative processes with government organizations, insurance companies, and regulatory bodies. The role ensures timely processing of vehicle-related documents, insurance claims, and legal matters while also managing the submission of letters and permits.
Vehicle Insurance & Claims Management
Process insurance registration and renewal for company vehicles.
Handle insurance claims for accidents, damage, and theft.
Coordinate with insurance companies and adjusters for claim settlements.
·Maintain up-to-date records of insurance policies and claim statuses.
Vehicle Movement Permission & Legal Compliance
Obtain movement permits for company vehicles from relevant authorities.
Ensure all vehicles comply with government regulations (licensing, road permits, etc.).
Handle legal paperwork related to transportation and fleet operations. 3. Government Organization Liaison
Facilitate the processing of official cases with government offices (e.g., Transport Authority, Customs, etc.).
Represent the company in legal and administrative discussions with regulatory bodies.
Follow up on legal and compliance issues affecting company assets or operations.
Document & Letter Submission
Submit official letters to government offices, banks, and insurance companies.
Track and follow up on submitted documents to ensure timely processing.
Maintain records of all submitted and received correspondences.
General Administrative Support
Provide support in obtaining business-related permits and licenses.
Assist in resolving legal or procedural challenges related to company operations.
Report any legal or administrative issues that may impact the company.
Diploma or BA Degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Administration, or a related field.
Experience in government liaison, insurance processing, or transport administration is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of local government regulations and administrative procedures.
Ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and document handling.
Valid driver’s license (Motor Cycle).
