Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a point of contact for patient inquiries, concerns, and follow-up care. Coordinate patient services including appointments, referrals, and discharge instructions. Provide clear explanations regarding treatments, medications, and next steps in care. Assist with managing patient feedback and ensuring timely resolution of issues. Support the reception, call center, and CRM teams with clinical insight when needed. Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality.
Job Requirement
Qualification & Skills: Diploma or BSc Degree in Nursing (BSc Nurse. Valid professional license from the Ministry of Health/Ethiopian Nurses Association Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience; experience in customer service or patient relations is an asset. Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment. Familiarity with electronic medical records or CRM systems is an advantage
