Bachelor's Degree in Plant Science, Horticulture, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Leading the team of Propagating, planting, watering, pruning, and maintaining a variety of plants, including flowers, shrubs, trees, and vegetables - Creating aesthetically pleasing landscapes, arranging plants to maximize growth and visual appeal, and maintaining existing plant arrangements - Conducting studies to develop new plant varieties, improve crop yields, or enhance pest and disease resistance

Master's Degree in Plant Pathology, Entomology, Weed Science or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Validate the generated strategic plans through meetings and consolidate these into a single plan for the country. - Develop a draft project proposal, in the STDF format, based on the needs identified through the PCE process. - Develop a mega project proposal document for targeting other development partners for funding. - Facilitate the review documents for both project proposals by team of experts and have these ready for sharing with the relevant stakeholders.
