Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, Social work, SRH, Public Health, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Understands and puts into practice the responsibilities under Safeguarding and GEI policies and Plan International’s Code of Conduct (CoC), ensuring that concerns are reported and managed in accordance with the appropriate procedures. - Ensures that the team members under supervision are properly inducted on and understands their role in upholding Plan International’s safeguarding and GEI policies

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Social Studies, Development, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Program Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 2-3 years in program and people management role Duties & Responsibilities: - Supervise the implementation of HelpAge’s programs in the field site with attention to program quality and ensure program activities/indicators are completed within the project period.  - Ensure the existence of solid operational management system, with a focus on logistics supply chain and sound financial budget management systems.  - Follow the standard procedures for new position posting, interviewing and applicant selection. 

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Development, Education, Social Work, International Development or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensure timely and effective implementation of project(s) according to approved project outlines and approved monthly activity and budget plans in  Berhale Refugee Camp and host communities. - Liaise with local authorities, refugee camp management, NGOs, UN agencies, and other stakeholders.

Master's Degree in Psychology, Conflict Management, Social Science, Educational Science, Project Management, Political Science, Public Management/Policy, Development Studies or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Provide expert guidance on social cohesion measures and develop intervention strategies in collaboration with relevant institutions. - Offer technical assistance to PTCs in implementing social cohesion and psychosocial activities in line with GIZ-QEP II  - Maintain and further develop strong relationships with TVET Bureau, Poly-Technical College (PTC), and relevant government offices for GIZ -QEP II implementation.

Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, International Relations, Humanitarian Studies or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough safety  risk assessments and regularly update protection plans for all operational areas. This involves analyzing potential threats and vulnerabilities to ensure the well-being of staff and the continuity of programs. - Proactively engage with local authorities, community leaders, and other relevant stakeholders to negotiate and secure safe access for humanitarian operations. This requires building trust and maintaining positive relationships. - Promptly report and thoroughly document all safety-related incidents, including near misses, analyzing trends to identify underlying causes and improve risk mitigation strategies. This ensures accountability and continuous learning.
