Job Description

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist/Customer Service Professional. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Travel Agency or Educational Consulting company, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to handle customer interactions efficiently.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries effectively.

  • Provide accurate information about services and assist with customer requests.

  • Maintain records and organize customer documents.

  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and bookings.

  • Manage office supplies and maintain a neat reception area.

  • Handle complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Create and manage social media content to promote company services and engage with customers.

  • Support administrative tasks as required.

Location : Only in Bahirdar

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in customer service , administration and secretery , Marketing a relevant field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work well with others and provide a friendly atmosphere.

  • Organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

  • Time management and ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and handle feedback professionally.

  • Sensitivity, understanding, and adaptability to customer needs.

  • Must live in Bahirdar.
