Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform NE (commissioning, configuration/reconfiguration, fault/problem troubleshooting.)

• Implementation of digital transformation of daily delivery tasks (acceptance quality check reports via ISDP digital platform, WDT/MDT tools)

• Project implementation - responsible for 2G/3G/4G RAN network equipment design, commissioning, integration, quotation and technical support during network/feature deployment.

• Implementation of rectifications, software upgrade of wireless devices and network management system

• Lead for technical solution HLD development / review and confirmation, LLD preparation / confirmation

• Technical customer support (service request management, spare parts management, network change, software upgrade, health check and periodic preventive maintenance tasks)

• Level 1 / Level 2 technical support service to the customers independently or together with a support section.

• Supporting our customers from any technical perspective and enhance our relationship in the primary key accounts.

• Provide technical training / consulting to internal teams, customer and subcontractors.

Job Requirements

• Education and Major requirements:

• Bachelor's degree of Telecommunication, Electronic, Computer Science

Project Experience:

• At least 5 years Telecommunication Wireless Project delivery experience

Language Skill:

• Excellent communication in English 

Skills or Certificate Requirements:

• Wireless technical solutions (GSM, UMTS, LTE). Knowledge in (5G NR) is a plus.

• Must know how use wireless tools and system such as (CME, MAE, ESDP, ISDP, WDT, WSD, etc..)

• Must be very familiar of Huawei controllers such as BSC6900/6910 commissioning, integration and troubleshooting.

• Mobile network NE and interfaces standards / protocols.

• Must know the process of end-to-end project delivery.

• IP basics and routing protocols skills.

• Taishan, Linux and cloud platforms. 

Other requirement:

• Microsoft office must very familiar and Visual Basic, Python will be extra bonus
