Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Project Monitoring and Evaluation, Project Management, Statistics, Economics, Agricultural Economics, Development Studies, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead development and implementation of ADEY’s regional PMER system based on the program’s quality frameworks and standards. - Ensure quality and timeliness of activity planning, implementation, evaluation, data collection and reporting - Develop/refine tools for monitoring and evaluations, and documentation and sharing of impact stories following standard procedures and requirements

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Development Studies, DRR Management, Food Security, Rural Livelihoods, Agriculture or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead and define the project implementation modalities and approach (including technical issues on identification of multipurpose cash beneficiaries, cash distribution mechanisms, coordination with FSP and monitoring/feedback system) - Manage the humanitarian cash/ MPCA activities of ECHO-funded project implementation in Amhara region (North Wollo and Waghimira Zones) to ensure that technical quality, indicators and standards are considered during implementation period
