Job Description
Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and mini distributors in each territory, whilst facilitating ongoing product training and support.
Collect and analyze market data to drive growth and develop the indirect markets.
Develop an understanding of current and future market trends in the indirect distribution channel that may impact Holland Dairy sales.
Monitor assigned sales territories and enforce the set sales goals in the defined territory of distributors.
Ensure sales volume targets of distributors are reached within the responsible territories.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales forecasts for all distributors based on each market territory demand and distributor demand.
Develop and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports in a timely and efficient manner.
Prepare and execute annual reviews of distributors.
Establish and lead regular meetings and calls with distributors and mini distributors.
Train distributors to ensure continual improvement of performance, customer service, and profitability.
Ensure distributors are equipped with the necessary sales skills to represent Holland Dairy through coaching individuals in the field and by observing the performance of distributors by visiting each of the markets.
Provide regular written and oral presentations.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with actors in the indirect channel and other members of the Holland Dairy teams.
Other related tasks as required.
Have at least 5+ years in sales and related fields.
Have an experience in working with collecting data.
Minimum BA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field from a recognized university.
