Office environment with regular site visits to construction locations.
Job Summary
The Planning and Monitoring Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing project plans to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budgets in construction projects. This role involves collaboration with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to track progress and identify potential issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
Develop and maintain detailed Action plan and project Master schedules using project management software.
Collaborate with project teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Prepare list of materials with estimated Qty for Operation
Prepare Budgetary Plan For Finance Team
Monitoring and Reporting:
Track project progress and performance against established benchmarks.
Prepare Daily, weekelly, biweekely and monthlly regular status reports and present for stakeholders with Analysis.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Budget Management:
Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
Data Analysis:
Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement and forward immediate feedback for the data .
Utilize KPIs to measure project performance and productivity.
Collaborative Coordination:
Work closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals.
Facilitate communication between different departments to resolve issues promptly.
