Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Identify the organization's supplies and equipment needs in coordination with department heads at the district level.
Maintain an updated inventory of supplies, equipment, and assets, and implement inventory control measures.
Regularly monitor stock levels, anticipate demand, and ensure timely replenishment of essential items.
Oversee the maintenance and operation of all facilities, including offices, warehouses, and other company-owned properties at the district level.
Develop and manage the supplies and facilities budget in coordination with the finance department.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to procurement and facilities management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
