Job Description
Dream Orthopedics, Trauma and Spine Center is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Operational Manager to lead our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Developing and Implementing Operational strategies to improve Hospital efficiency, Patient care, and overall performance ensuring alignment with the hospital's mission, vision, and values.
Overseeing the hospital ‘s budget including financial planning ,Monitoring expenses and ensuring that the facility operates with in its financial means
Recruiting, training, , development Supervising staff members, ensuring adequate staffing levels and competencies to meet patient care needs.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Monitor and evaluate performance and outcomes, implementing quality improvement initiatives as needed to enhance patient care delivery.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments.
Developing and executing plans for emergency situations Such as Fractures, Traumatic injuries, Dislocations, Vascular injuries.
Ensuring the hospital adheres to health care regulations, accreditation standards, and quality assurance protocols.
Strong knowledge of Different standards, regulatory requirements, and quality improvement methodologies.
Participate in hospital committees, task forces, and initiatives to contribute to organizational goals and strategic priorities.
Job Requirements:
Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) or above
Experience: 5 years of experience as a Hospital Operational Manager, with progressive leadership experience in a hospital setting, Health care Administrative role, demonstrating.
Required Skills:
Strong leadership and management skills.
Commitment to patient-centered care, quality, and safety.
Flexibility to work variable hours and participate in on-call duties as needed.
Proven track record of effectively leading and managing teams, promoting a
culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
