Job Overview 

Jasbel Group is seeking an accomplished Project Manager to lead and drive Their strategic projects across diverse sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project lifecycles—from conception to completion—ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality. Your leadership will be key to minimizing risks, optimizing operational efficiency, and enhancing profitability across high-impact initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Education:

  • BSc or MSc in Engineering (or related field).

• Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant project management experience, including at least 5 years in leadership roles.

  • Proven track record in managing large-scale projects, preferably within Solar PV or renewable energy initiatives.

• Core Skills:

  • Exceptional leadership and multitasking abilities.

  • Advanced organizational, time management, and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on risk management and operational excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities:

 Project Execution & Delivery:

•  Oversee full project lifecycles and ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. 

• Direct and inspire cross-functional project teams to achieve strategic objectives. 

• Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies. 

Budget & Schedule Management:

•  Manage project budgets, including costs related to permits, consultants, and construction. 

•  Monitor and adjust project schedules to guarantee timely delivery. 

•  Support negotiations for construction bids and contract terms.

•  Stakeholder & Team Coordination: 

•  Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.

•  Coordinate internal resources including engineers, consultants, and installers.

•  Collaborate with the Project Coordinator to ensure overall project success. 

Performance Monitoring & Reporting: 

• Evaluate progress reports, communicate key findings, and make strategic recommendations.

•  Lead project meetings and provide comprehensive updates to senior management.
