Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily Front Office operations, including Reception, Reservations, Concierge, and Guest Services.

  • Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered by all Front Office staff.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Manage room reservations and ensure accurate room assignments and check-ins/outs.

  • Handle guest complaints, concerns, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.

  • Prepare and manage department budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

  • Conduct regular training sessions for Front Office staff to enhance performance and service quality.

  • Schedule staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

  • Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.

  • Ensure compliance with resort policies, procedures, and standards.

  • Maintain awareness of room occupancy and availability to maximize revenue.

  • Develop promotional strategies to enhance guest experiences and drive revenue growth.

  • Utilize property management systems effectively to manage reservations and guest information.

  • Ensure accurate billing and financial transactions are completed efficiently.

  • Monitor and respond to online guest reviews and feedback to improve service standards.

Working Conditions:

  • Requires flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role in a resort or luxury hotel.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Proficiency in property management software IDS, CENT.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.

  • Fluency in English and knowledge of additional languages are advantages.

  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
