Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Supervisor located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia at Betty's Produce. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining quality standards in the production and distribution of organic fruits and vegetables.

Time: from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (1:30 to 10:30 Local time)

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Experience: 1 - 3 years experience in operations and production management

Required Skills:

  • Supervisory Skills and Operations Management

  • Strong Analytical Skills

  • Effective Communication skills

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team

  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Knowledge of sustainable farming practices is a plus
