Job Description
Assuring Building Projects are executed as per the Contract and managing change orders and variations to the contract, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes.
Top Roles and Responsibilities:
Monitoring project progress against contractual obligations to identify potential issues early on.
Managing change orders and variations (with respect to time and cost) to the contract, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes.
Communicating contract terms clearly to all stakeholders involved in the project.
Identifying potential contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle and implementing mitigation strategies.
Analyzing contract clauses to minimize liability for the company.
Preparing regular contract status reports, highlighting key metrics and potential risks.
Identifying areas for improvement in the contract management process.
Critical criteria/Skill to be successful in this role:
Knowledge on contract law and risk management,
Strong communication abilities,
Analytical reasoning, project management, and the ability to interpret and analyze contracts,
Job Requirements
Qualification and Requirements:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or related field of study
3 years of related work experience (experience at international company is an added advantage)
Worked in execution team direct site experience is a must
