Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Gender Studies, Law, Human right, Social Psychology, Social Work, Social-development Studies or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Required Gender: Female Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead the day-to-day implementation and coordination of the GBV project in accordance with donor guidelines, project plans, and ELiDA’s policies. - Supervise and mentor GBV project staff, ensuring quality service delivery and adherence to survivor-centered approaches. - Design and facilitate capacity building sessions for staff, partners, and community actors on GBV prevention and response. - Conduct regular field monitoring visits to project sites and ensure activities are progressing as planned.

Bachelor's Degree in Health, Management, or in a related field of study Duties & Responsibilites: - Facilitate the learning process on selected areas with the project manager on assigned activities  - Familiarize with the project specific documents and procedures through understanding the nature of the work flow - Engage in the technical coordination platform meetings, meeting schedules and tracking action points - Engage in learning through coordination with the regional project teams

BA Degree or Diploma in Health, Social Sciences, Agriculture, Agriculture Extension, Animal Science or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Report any managerial issues in the activities implementation to the Sector head, PM, APM. - Actively facilitate and ensure implementation of the activities. Implement the provision of technical support on your field of expertise by taking an active role; in close coordination with the project PM, and sectoral expert, and contribute to improving the livelihood conditions of the population according to quarterly and monthly plans and work orders assigned.

Bachelor's Degree in Community Development, or in a related field of study, with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Establishing and supporting of self-help groups (SHGs) in Analemo woreda with 20 women in each group.   - Responsible for organizing or providing training for the SHGs on savings, loans, small business skills, child protection, effective parenting, human trafficking, modern slavery and dangers of life on the street and domestic work.   - Providing community education to different stakeholders to raise community awareness on child protection issues so communities are able to implement child protection mechanisms.
