Bachelor's Degree in DRR, Agriculture, Developmet Studies or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Facilitate project activity planning and community discussion at Kebele community level through organizing FGDs and other tools. - Collect relevant information to project planning processes directly from the beneficaries and community representatives. - Manage MPCA distribution process at project sites in collaboration with DCA team and FSP.
